This Privacy Policy describes how and when we collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from us, contact us, or otherwise use our services both on- and offline.

We obtain information about you when you enquire about or purchase our products and services, when you use our website, or give us your details at an event such as a fair or exhibition.

You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewellery, for example), if you contact me directly.

  • We may pass your information to third-party service providers, (e.g. accountants, subcontractors) for the purposes of completing tasks and providing our products and services. However, when we use third-party service providers, we will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

  • If you purchase products from us online, your payment details are processed by a third-party payment processor, who specialises in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. If you have any questions regarding secure transactions, please contact us.

  • Business transfers. If we sell or merge my business, we may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

  • Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control.
 
Data retention
We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity. When required, we securely destroy the personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
 
Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU

As a result, we may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. Our service is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
